Web3Forms does not store your submission permanently. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.
We do not use any server-side database on this website. No form data is stored in any database controlled by this website.

Email correspondence received from form submissions is retained in our email inbox in accordance with professional obligations and Moroccan Bar Association rules. General enquiries are retained for a maximum of 3 years. Consultation applications relating to an active or potential client matter are retained for the duration of the professional relationship and for 10 years thereafter, as required by Moroccan Bar regulations.

This website is operated from Morocco. If you submit a form from the EU/EEA, your data is transferred to Morocco. Morocco has been recognised by the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection under the EU adequacy framework (pending confirmation). Form data transits through Web3Forms (US-based), which operates under standard contractual clauses.
11. Attorney–Client Confidentiality
Information you share in a consultation request or via email is protected by attorney–client privilege (secret professionnel) under Moroccan Bar regulations and the Dahir relating to the organisation of the legal profession. This obligation of confidentiality is absolute and persists indefinitely, even after the end of any professional relationship.
