Chamlale Abdelhak Esq
Chamlale Abdelhak Esq is a Moroccan attorney admitted to the Casablanca Bar Association in 2005. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, he has maintained an independent practice since 2008 and brings over twenty-one years at the Bar and regularly assists foreign nationals navigating Moroccan legal procedures.
A significant part of his practice is dedicated to foreigners in Morocco — those seeking to marry a Moroccan citizen (mariage mixte), going through divorce or custody proceedings, applying for residency cards (carte de séjour), or investing and establishing businesses in the country. His trilingual capacity allows direct communication with clients from diverse backgrounds without the need for interpreters.
He also advises Moroccan individuals and companies on corporate governance, commercial disputes, contract matters, real estate transactions, and litigation at all court levels. Eligible to plead before the Court of Cassation — Morocco's highest judicial authority — he handles cases from first instance through final appeal.

Took the legal oath (serment d'avocat) before the Casablanca Court of Appeal and officially joined the Barreau de Casablanca. Bar seniority dates from this year.
Upon completing the mandatory three-year traineeship (stage), registered on the Tableau — the official roll of lawyers — and opened an independent practice in Casablanca.
After fifteen years on the Roll — the statutory threshold under Moroccan Bar rules — admitted to plead before the Cour de Cassation, Morocco's highest judicial authority.
